What is covered under the warranty?

Our warranty is only extended to the original purchaser of the products. Warranty defects may either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Nora’s Nursery.  All products with excessive wear will not be replaced or repaired under our warranty. 

This warranty does not cover inappropriate undoing of the snaps, improper care, or improper washing. Leaking, wicking, staining, diaper odor, and normal wear/tear are also not covered, except in cases of manufacturing or component defect. 

Snaps: We offer a 365 day warranty on all our snaps.  If your snap pulls off, cracks or isn’t working let us know and we will fix it right away.

Cloth Diapers Snaps: Improper care of cloth diapers will void snap warranty 

Pail Liner Snaps: Using your pail liner strap to hang your pail liner voids snap warranty

Elastics: We have a 120 day warranty on all elastics. Elastics that have become unattached in the casing, stitching undone, or have a defect due to a manufacturing error are covered under the warranty. Elastic that has been dissolved or become corroded due to detergents, hard water or cleaning agents are not covered under the warranty.

Sewing: We have a 120 day warranty on all stitching and seams.  Holes or snags that occur in any of the fabrics due to wear and tear of the fabrics are not covered under our warranty.

PUL (Polyurethane Laminate – The waterproof part): The liner has a 120 day warranty from delamination.  The PUL leaking is not a manufacture defect and it is caused by not following the washing instructions.

Zippers: Zippers have a 120 warranty. This includes zippers that have come off, or the sewing has come undone causing the zippers to fall off. This does not cover excessive wear and tear, or improper washing of wet bags. 

The life expectancy of our products depends on the degree of care taken, the quantity of diapers in your rotation and type of abuse the diaper is given.

Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required if you have not purchased your product directly from this site.

What is not covered under the warranty?

Diapers: Stains, wicking and or leaking are not a defect of any diaper. Most causes of leaking or wicking are due to the saturation of the inserts. This can easily be resolved by either changing the diaper more frequently, adding an additional insert, or changing the inserts. Please also make sure the inserts have been properly prepped to allow proper absorbency. 

Another frequent cause is due to sizing. If you have a Nora’s Nursery one size cloth diaper you can test this out by adjusting the diaper to the rise setting either up or down. If a diaper is too small or too big it can leak and/or wick.

Buildup on your diaper inserts come from improper washing, and hard water, and void warranty. 

Product Color Variation: Please note, colors on screen may vary from physical products. Nora's Nursery does not provide refunds based on color variations or change in color preference. Due to display settings on your devices, variations may occur. Lifestyle images submitted by customers could contain photography filters prior to sharing them with us. 

Accessories: stains, wicking, or leaking are not a defect of any accessory. improper use, and care will void warranty. 

Warranty is non-transferable and is void for diapers purchased individually unless expressly authorized Nora’s Nursery.

When is the warranty void?

  • The washing instructions have not been followed.
  • The products have been altered.
  • The products have been used improperly 
  • Any of the following has been used in conjunction with the use/care of the product;
    • Water temperatures exceeding 115°F or 45°C
    • A detergent containing additives (enzymes, brighteners, whiteners, dyes, perfumes, essential oils) or natural soap
    • Fabric softeners
    • Any caustic substance
    • Diaper rash cream that are not cloth diaper safe 
    • Hard water

If the item falls under our warranty, please email us at customercare@norasnursery.com with the following information and we will get back to you with the next steps;

  • What is issue you are having?
  • Your order number 
  • Date of purchase 
  • Attach any photo’s necessary to show the warranty issue. 

If any of the above is not included your warranty claim will not be processed.
