What is covered under the warranty?

Our warranty is only extended to the original purchaser of the products. Warranty defects may either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Nora’s Nursery.  All products with excessive wear will not be replaced or repaired under our warranty. 

This warranty does not cover inappropriate undoing of the snaps on cloth diapers, and improper care or improper washing of our products. Leaking, wicking, staining, diaper odor, and normal wear/tear are also not covered, except in cases of manufacturing or component defect. 

SNAPS

We offer a 365 day warranty on all our snaps.  If your snap pulls off, cracks or isn’t working let us know and we will fix it right away.

Cloth Diapers Snaps: Improper care of snaps on cloth diapers will void snap warranty 

Pail Liner Snaps: Using your pail liner strap to hang your pail liner voids snap warranty

Clothing Snaps: Improper care of snaps on clothing will void snap warranty

ELASTICS

We have a 120 day warranty on all elastics. Elastics that have become unattached in the casing, stitching undone, or have a defect due to a manufacturing error are covered under the warranty. Elastic that have been stretched, dissolved or become corroded due to detergents, hard water, water temperature, or cleaning agents are not covered under the warranty.

SEWING

We have a 120 day warranty on all stitching and seams.  Holes or snags that occur in any of the fabrics due to wear and tear of the fabrics are not covered under our warranty.

PUL (Polyurethane Laminate – The waterproof part!)

The liner has a 120 day warranty from delamination.  The PUL leaking is not a manufacture defect and it is caused by not following the washing instructions. 

ZIPPERS

Zippers have a 120 warranty. This includes zippers that have come off, or the sewing has come undone causing the zippers to fall off.

This does not cover excessive wear and tear, or improper washing of Clothing Items, Wet Bags, and Diaper Pods. 

Wet Bag Zippers:  Improper care of zippers on Wet Bags will void zipper warranty

Diaper Pod Zippers: Improper care of zippers on Diaper Pods will void zipper warranty

Clothing Zippers: Improper care of Zippers on Clothing will void Zipper warranty

The life expectancy of our products depends on the degree of care taken, the quantity of diapers in your rotation and type of abuse the diaper is given.

Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required if you have not purchased your product directly from this site

OTHER

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects. If you notice a defect within 30 days of purchase, please reach out to our Customer Care Team with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

What is not covered under the warranty?

When is the warranty void?

• The washing instructions have not been followed.
• The products have been altered.
• The products have been used improperly 
• Any of the following has been used in conjunction with the use/care of the product;
• Water temperatures exceeding 115°F or 45°C
• A detergent containing additives (enzymes, brighteners, whiteners, dyes, perfumes, essential oils) or natural soap
• Fabric softeners
• Any caustic substance
• Diaper rash cream that are not cloth diaper safe 
• Hard water

Diapers

Our cloth diapers are designed with care to provide comfort and durability for your little ones. Please note the following warranty guidelines for our Cloth Diapers. 

Stains, wicking, odors and or leaking are not a defect of any diaper. Most causes of odors, leaking or wicking are due to the saturation of the inserts, or wash routine. This can easily be resolved by either changing the diaper more frequently, adding an additional insert/changing the inserts, or altering your wash routine. Buildup on your diaper inserts or shells come from improper washing, and hard water, and void warranty. Be sure to always be using a cloth diaper safe detergent, and a water softener if you have hard water in your routine. Also make sure the inserts have been properly prepped to allow proper absorbency, and that different insert materials may take longer to reach full absorption. 

Another frequent cause is due to sizing. Nora’s Nursery's Diaper Cloth Diapers are designed to grow with your little ones with different snap settings for comfort at every stage from newborn to toddler. 

Our Newborn All In One diaper is designed to grow with your baby from birth- 12lbs.  Our Baby size pocket, and cover cloth diapers from 10-35lbs, and our Toddler size pocket diapers from 35-55lbs. You can test out different snap settings to help with leaks out by adjusting the diaper to the rise setting either up or down. If a diaper is too small or too big it can leak and/or wick.

 

Inserts

Our inserts are designed to provide exceptional absorbency and comfort for your cloth diapering routine. Please note the following warranty guidelines for our inserts:

Wear and Tear: Over time, inserts may show normal signs of wear, including thinning fabric, slight fraying, or reduced absorbency. These are expected with regular use and are not considered defects.

Care and Longevity: Proper care is key to maintaining the lifespan of your inserts. Follow our recommended washing routine, including avoiding high heat, fabric softeners, and harsh detergents, which can degrade the fibers and void the warranty.

Absorbency Issues: If your inserts are not absorbing well, this may be due to buildup from improper washing or hard water. These issues can typically be resolved with a stripping process and are not covered under warranty.

• Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or use of incompatible detergents.
• Staining, odors, or fabric discoloration resulting from oils, creams, or buildup.
• Inserts that have been altered or damaged by misuse, such as overloading in heavy cycles.

Clothing 

Our clothing line is designed with care to provide comfort and durability for your little ones. Please note the following warranty guidelines for our clothing line:

Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including pilling, fading, or stretching, is not considered a defect. These changes are expected with regular use and laundering over time.

Fabric and Fit: For the best fit, please refer to our sizing guide to ensure you select the correct size for your child. Improper fit due to incorrect sizing is not covered under our warranty.

Washing and Care: Damage caused by improper washing or care is not covered. To preserve the quality of your clothing, please follow the care instructions on the label. Avoid using high heat, harsh detergents, or bleach, as these can degrade the fabric.

• Stains, discolouration, or shrinkage caused by misuse or improper care.
• Damage from exposure to sharp objects, chemicals, or prolonged sun exposure.

Accessories

Our accessories are thoughtfully designed to complement your cloth diapering and baby care journey while providing functionality and durability. Please note the following warranty guidelines for our accessories:

Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including minor scuffs, fading, or loosening of elastics, is not considered a defect. These changes are expected with regular use over time.

Fit and Function: Accessories such as wet bags, pail liners, and travel pods are designed to fit a variety of needs. Proper use as intended is necessary to ensure product longevity. Improper use is not covered under our warranty.

Wash & Care Instructions: To maintain the quality of your accessories, please follow the wash and care instructions provided. Avoid exposure to high heat, bleach, or harsh detergents, as these may compromise the waterproof lining or fabric durability. Damage caused by improper care is not covered under warranty.

• Stains, discoloration, or odors caused by misuse or improper care.
• Damage from overloading, exposure to sharp objects, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

Nursery 

Our Nursery Items, and Crib Sheets are designed with care to provide your little one with a soft, breathable, and comfortable sleep environment. Please note the following warranty guidelines for our Nursery Collection. 

Wear and Tear: Normal signs of wear, such as minor pilling, fading, or slight stretching, are expected with regular use and laundering over time and are not considered defects.

Fit and Use: Our crib sheets are designed to fit standard-sized crib mattresses securely. Improper fit due to using them on non-standard mattresses is not covered under warranty.

Care Instructions: To maintain the quality of your crib sheets, please follow the care instructions provided. Avoid high heat, bleach, or harsh detergents, as these can degrade the fabric and void the warranty.

• Stains, discoloration, or shrinkage caused by improper washing or use of incompatible detergents.
• Damage caused by sharp objects, such as crib toys or mattress springs.
• Wear resulting from prolonged sun exposure or other environmental factors.

Product Color Variation

Please note, colors on screen may vary from physical products. Nora's Nursery does not provide refunds based on color variations or change in color preference. Due to display settings on your devices, variations may occur. Lifestyle images submitted by customers could contain photography filters prior to sharing them with us. 

Warranty is non-transferable and is void for diapers purchased individually unless expressly authorized Nora’s Nursery.

5. Confirm the batch code(s) of the products. Batch codes will be found on the tags of each item, and will start with #01.

If any of the above is not included your warranty claim will not be processed.
