Refund & Exchange Policy

At Nora’s we put a lot of effort and care into our products because we want you to LOVE them! However sometimes it is just not the right fit for your family and that is ok.

All products excluding gift cards, and clearance items* can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Due to hygienic reasons we require the following conditions to be met in order to be able to process your refund or exchange:

  • Contact Customer Care through our Contact Us Page 
  • Must be less than 30 days after item has been marked delivered
  • Person contacting us must be the person who purchased. If received as a gift or off a registry, please let our customer care team know! 
  • IMPORTANT! Packaging must be unopened and product unused, under no conditions are we able to accept opened items back.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, and return shipping fees. 
  • Restocking fees will be deducted from the return value. Shipping fees charged on purchase will not be refunded. 
  • If the items were shipped in error, we will look after shipping and restocking fees
  • Gift Cards and Clearance Items are final sale
  • No returns will be accepted from 3rd party sellers, must contact original seller

Shipping Error and Canceled Orders

We get it - mistakes happen! When placing an order make sure to double check all of the shipping details. If an error happens, we will happily adjust your order up to one hour after the order is placed. Any request for changes after the 1 hour mark will be subject to shipping and restocking chargesIn the event an incorrect shipping address is input, and the order ships to that incorrect address, customers will be responsible for new shipping fee's to reship the order to the correct/new address. Nora's Nursery cannot make any changes to orders/shipping addresses after they have been shipped

Orders Returned To Sender By Carrier: Carriers may return a package to sender due to the following: 

  • Incorrect shipping address 
  • Missed Delivery, notice left, new delivery not rescheduled 
  • Package 'unclaimed' 
  • Package 'Refused' 

If orders are returned to sender, due to customer error customers are responsible for shipping fee's to re-ship their order. 

Important to note, all payments are processed in USD. Customers shopping outside the US will be charged in USD and their payment processor will handle the currency conversion. When processing an order cancellation the amount returned may vary based on that day's exchange rate.

Product Color Variation

Please note, colors on screen may vary from physical products. Nora's Nursery does not provide refunds based on color variations or change in color preference. Due to display settings on your devices, variations may occur. Lifestyle images submitted by customers could contain photography filters prior to sharing them with us. 

Sales & Promotions

Nora's Nursery runs sales and promotions at various points of the year. We can not adjust previous purchases with promotional pricing. Items can only receive the special pricing during the sale/promotional period. *All Clearance Packs, Singles and Accessories are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Loyalty Program Points: When orders are returned, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

Amazon Orders

Orders placed on the Nora's Nursery Store on Amazon have a different refund/return policy from orders placed directly off our website (www.norasnursery.com).  If you placed an order on Amazon, and are looking to return an order off Amazon, we recommend you reach out to Amazon directly to move forward with that request, and reach out to our customer care team if further assistance is needed. 

Why Doesn't Nora's Nursery Have A Phone Number? 

Nora's Nursery does not have a call centre. As a small business we are not set up to handle high volumes of phone calls, and Nora's Nursery was a brand built online, therefore our customer care is online as well. Though you may receive automated responses every once in a while, we believe in a more personal and direct approach, all of our channels are managed by team members who are eager to help you, quickly and efficiently.
