How do I earn points?

You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on Nora’s Nursery products (before taxes and shipping, minus discounts). You can also earn points by completing actions such as signing up for our newsletter, following our social media accounts, and referring friends.

How do I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. You can use:

100 points for $5 off
200 points for $10 off
300 points for $15 off
400 points for $20 off
500 points for $25 off

How do I join the loyalty program?

We have three tiers based on your lifetime spend:

VIP: No minimum spend (1 point per $1 spent)
VIP Gold: $300 lifetime spend (2 points per $1 spent)
Nora’s Super Fan: $500 lifetime spend (3 points per $1 spent)

How do I refer friends to earn points?

You can refer friends by sharing your unique referral link. When your friend makes a purchase, you’ll earn 300 points, and they will receive a discount on their first purchase.

Can I earn points for leaving product reviews?

Yes! You’ll earn 25 points for a text review and an additional 50 points if you include a photo or video.

Do my points expire?

Currently, points do not expire. However, we may adjust this in the future, and you will be notified of any changes.

Can I use my points with other discounts or promotions?

Points are calculated based on the final total after discounts. Discount codes can not be stacked in your cart, only one code can be entered per transaction.

What happens if I return a purchase?

If you return an item, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.

What happens if I have trouble earning or redeeming points?

If you're experiencing issues with points, please refresh your page or contact our support team, and we’ll manually adjust your account if needed!
