Prep & wash: CLICK HERE

Rinse: Run your wet bag, pail liners and change pad through a cold water rinse cycle.
Wash: Use a normal warm/hot wash cycle (95 -115 degrees) using a cloth diaper safe detergent.
Extra Rinse: a final cold or warm water rinse is recommended to wash away any remaining detergent.
Dry: Tumble dry on a low/delicate heat setting or hang to dry.

How Do I Wash My Waterproof Wet Bag?

Turn the wet bag inside out and wash it with your cloth diapers or baby laundry on a warm or hot cycle. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can reduce waterproofing. Check out our Washing 101 blog for more details!

Can I Put My Wet Bag In The Dryer?

Yes! You can tumble dry on low or hang to dry to help maintain the waterproof lining and extend its lifespan.

What Size Are The Wet Bags?

Each waterproof wet bag measures 11.5” x 14”.

How Many Diapers Can They Store?

Our Waterproof Wet Bags have 2 separate zipper compartments for soiled, and clean diapers. They can hold up to 8 soiled diapers per bag.

Are The Wet Bags Fully Waterproof?

The TPU waterproof lining helps contain moisture and odors. However, they are not designed to hold standing water or soaking wet items. Diapers, Inserts, and other accessories should be wrung out whenever possible before going into the wet bags.

Can I Use These Wet Bags For Things Other Than Cloth Diapers?

Absolutely! They are great for swimsuits, toys, snacks, breast pump parts, diaper creams, travel storage, and more—perfect for keeping messes contained!

How long will my order take to ship?

All orders that are in-stock will be shipped within 3 business days from one of our warehouses which are located in the U.S.A. Unfortunately, Nora's Nursery cannot guarantee delivery times due to the unknowns involved with shipping (i.e. weather, labor disruptions, peak service times). See below for more information about USA and International shipping options.Please note that due to COVID-19 some of our shipping providers are experiencing delays, and tracking information can also be affected. It is important to use your tracking information provided and contact the carrier that is transporting your shipment if you need extra assistance. They will be able to give you updates on your items once they leave our warehouse. Our main priority continues to be ensuring the health and safety of our colleagues and customers. As we adjust our processes, and take extra measures we have seen a delay in inventory and shipping. What are the current shipping rates?

USA SHIPPING POLICY We offer free standard shipping in the USA* on orders over $50! Free Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 will have a flat rate fee of $9.99 added during checkout for standard shipping. For our US customers that are outside the continental US (ie. Alaska and Hawaii) some shipping charges may apply. Please note due to the current situation with COVID-19 orders going to these areas are experiencing processing and shipping time delays. We are doing everything on our end to ensure that we are getting your orders ready to go as quickly as we can. We apologize for any delays once it leaves our hands. We appreciate your patience and support during this time. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY Canada: Real Time Rates - Calculated at Checkout With Duties and Taxes included Free Shipping over $150* International (outside of Canada and the US) Real Time Rates - Calculated at Checkout With Duties and Taxes included If you're shipping outside of the United States, your order may be subject to customs, import duties and local sales tax paid upon arrival. At Nora’s we offer real time tracking on all orders for full transparency for our customers. Please make note of your tracking information you receive and keep track of your items. Should you need to contact us regarding shipping concerns or items delivered please review the information below: US Customers: Customers have 15 days after items are marked delivered to open a claim regarding missing or damaged items. After this time frame we are unable to support claims made. International Customers: Customers have 3 days after items are marked delivered to open a claim regarding missing or damaged items. After this time frame we are unable to support claims made. As International orders do take longer, any order that shows shipment and no updates after 10 days, you can reach out to our team to open an investigation for an update on your items. Returns & Warranty Information

How do I change/cancel an order I just placed?

We get it - mistakes happen! When placing an order make sure to double check all of the shipping details. If an error happens, we will happily adjust your order up to one hour after the order is placed. Any request for changes after the 1 hour mark will be subject to shipping and restocking charges. Please note that all payments are processed in USD. Customers shopping outside the US will be charged in USD and their payment processor will handle the currency conversion. When processing an order cancellation the amount returned may vary based on that day's exchange rate.
