US Customers: Customers have 15 days after items are marked delivered to open a claim regarding missing or damaged items. After this time frame we are unable to support claims made. 

International Customers: Customers have 3 days after items are marked delivered to open a claim regarding missing or damaged items. After this time frame we are unable to support claims made. As International orders do take longer, any order that shows shipment and no updates after 10 days, you can reach out to our team to open an investigation for an update on your items.

USA SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free standard shipping in the USA* on orders over $50! 

Free Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) on all orders over $50.

Orders under $50 will have a flat rate fee of $9.99 added during checkout for standard shipping. 

For our US customers that are outside the continental US (ie. Alaska and Hawaii) some shipping charges may apply. Please note due to the current situation with COVID-19 orders going to these areas are experiencing processing and shipping time delays. We are doing everything on our end to ensure that we are getting your orders ready to go as quickly as we can. We apologize for any delays once it leaves our hands. We appreciate your patience and support during this time.

If you're shipping outside of the United States, your order may be subject to customs, import duties and local sales tax paid upon arrival. Nora's Nursery has no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We are able to offer you the option for shipping with Duties and Taxes paid. During check out you will see these fees as part of the shipping fee. This will vary by country. By paying upfront there will be no surprises when the item arrives to you.

 UK & EU CUSTOMERS

We ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under €135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.

All orders that are in-stock will be shipped within 3 business days from one of our warehouses which are located in the U.S.A. Unfortunately, Nora's Nursery cannot guarantee delivery times due to the unknowns involved with shipping (i.e. weather, labor disruptions, peak service times). See below for more information about USA and International shipping options.Please note that due to COVID-19 some of our shipping providers are experiencing delays, and tracking information can also be affected. It is important to use your tracking information provided and contact the carrier that is transporting your shipment if you need extra assistance. They will be able to give you updates on your items once they leave our warehouse.

Nora's Nursery does not have a call centre. As a small business we are not set up to handle high volumes of phone calls, and Nora's Nursery was a brand built online, therefore our customer care is online as well. Though you may receive automated responses every once in a while, we believe in a more personal and direct approach, all of our channels are managed by team members who are eager to help you, quickly and efficiently.

We get it - mistakes happen! When placing an order make sure to double check all of the shipping details. If an error happens, we will happily adjust your order up to one hour after the order is placed. Any request for changes after the 1 hour mark will be subject to shipping and restocking charges. 

Please note that all payments are processed in USD. Customers shopping outside the US will be charged in USD and their payment processor will handle the currency conversion. When processing an order cancellation the amount returned may vary based on that day's exchange rate.

Our warranty is only extended to the original purchaser of the products.
Warranty defects may either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Nora’s
Nursery.  All diapers with excessive wear will not be replaced or repaired
under our warranty.  Except in cases of manufacturing or component defect,
this warranty does not cover leaking, wicking, staining, diaper odor or normal
wear/tear or inappropriate undoing of the snaps.

Snaps: We offer a 365 day warranty on all our snaps.  If your
snap pulls off, cracks or isn’t working let us know and we will fix it right
away.

Elastics: We have a 120 day warranty on all elastics. Elastics that
have become un-attached in the casing, stitching undone, or have a defect due
to a manufacturing error are covered under the warranty. Elastic that has been
dissolved or become corroded due to detergents or cleaning agents are not
covered under the warranty.

Sewing: We have a 120 day warranty on all stitching and seams. 
Holes or snags that occur in any of the fabrics due to wear and tear of the
fabrics are not covered under our warranty.

PUL (Polyurethane Laminate – The waterproof part): The liner has a
120 day warranty from delamination.  The PUL leaking is not a manufacture
defect and it is caused by not following the washing instructions. The life
expectancy of our products depends on the degree of care taken, the quantity of
diapers in your rotation and type of abuse the diaper is given. Proof of purchase
from an authorized retailer is required if you have not purchased your product
